Almost all classes are student's presentation. Some of them will be held in Japanese. But you can make a presentation in English. Faculties give comments in English of cause.

科目概要

インターネットが普及し始めて20年以上が経ち、社会はインターネットを前提しとした仕組みに大きく変化した。
　インターネットは単なるデジタル技術ではなく、グローバル社会を支えるインフラとしての社会的な意味を持っている。そのため、国際関係や法、倫理などの側面からインターネットの運用と活用を検討することは不可欠である。本アカデミックプロジェクトでは、このようなインターネットの社会面について研究を行い、インターネットの健全な発展を支援する。

Over the more than 20 years since the beginning of the popularization
of the Internet, society has come to depend on it. The Internet is much more than just a digital technology, it has become one of the key elements of the infrastructure on which our society is built. Thus, it is important to consider operations and applications of the
Internet with respect to global relationships, law, ethics, and society. In this academic project, we'll study the social aspects of
the Internet and support the sound development of the Internet.

授業シラバス

主題と目標／授業の手法など

インターネットと政治、行政、国際関係、生活、教育、スマートシティ、ヒューマンロボットインタラクションなど、インターネットの社会面について研究を行う。それぞれテーマ毎にグループを構成し、各グループで研究を進める。

In more detail, we'll study any Internet related issues, such as Internet policy, governance, global relationship, life, education, smart city, human-robot interaction and so on.

研究成果は、学外発表など積極的におこない、これを評価していく。

We will actively make research results, such as off-campus presentations, and evaluate it.
