研究会概要

目的・内容

この研究会は、持続可能な未来とは何かをテーマに、政治学を中心とした視点から問題解決にアプローチします。

　特に焦点を当てるのは、「持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）」についてです。

　「持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）」は2030年を目指した国際目標です。目標は2015年に決定したものの、その実施メカニズムの多くはまだ決まっていません。本年度は、SDGs実施のための国際制度のありかたや、国家や自治体におけるSDGsの実施や進捗評価に焦点を当て、国際目標を効果的に実現するための方策を検討します。

　受講生は、担当教員が進める研究プロジェクトと関連させながら、「半学半教」で問題発見から解決に至るまでのプロセスを実践します。

なお、新型コロナウィルスの状況により、授業は全てオンラインで行う可能性もあります。

This class focuses on sustainable future mainly in terms of political science perspective, and trying to solve real world problems. Among other things, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the main focus of the class.

The Sustainable Development Goals were decided at the United Nation in September 2015, targeting to attain by 2030. Although the goals and targets were decided at global level, implementation, follow up and review details have not yet been decided. This year we will focus on international institutions and on implementation at national and local levels and explore effective means to attain the goals and targets.

The research will be designed to have a close link with the on-going research projects of the professor in charge of this class, and to be trans-disciplinary in nature.

Depending on COVID-19 situation, the classes may be held on-line.

授業スケジュール

　何が問題になっているのか、まずは問題の把握から始めます。この部分は講義もありますが、学生の皆さんに調べてもらうことも出てくるでしょう。調べたことを皆に報告してもらったり、議論をしたりしながら、課題を同定・整理していきます。 　課題がわかってきたら、この研究会で実施するプロジェクトを決めます。誰が持っている知識をどのように使い、何をどのように進め、どのような役割がありその分担はどうするのか。よりよく進めるために必要な知識は何か。必要な知識を得るための書類や文献にもあたりながら、成果に向けて進みます。 　最終的には解決法を導き、成果物を作り出したいと思います。そうして得られた共通の成果物作成プロセスで学んだことについて、タームペーパーを提出してもらいます。

The class starts with identifying the problems, and then move forward to find solutions to them. Reading assignments, homework, and class discussion will be included.
