科目概要

慶應義塾大学SFCの「滞在型教育・滞在型研究」を実現する新しいキャンパス計画「未来創造塾」において、SBC(Student Build Campus)というプロジェクトが2015年から始動しました。SBCは、SFCの教職員、学生、卒業生が一体となって活動し、新たなキャンパスの計画、デザイン、運営を自分たちの力でつくることを目的とし、21世紀における「学習」や「教育」を再定義することを目標としています。本授業は、実際に滞在型教育・滞在型研究を体験できませんが、「マイゼミ」という形式を取り入れ、３〜４者の卒業生をゲストとして招待し、卒業生が考えたテーマに基づいてグループに分かれ、グループワークでプロジェクトを進めます。本授業を通して、未来創造塾およびSBCの理念を理解し、滞在型教育や滞在型研究によって可能となる新たな学びやプロジェクト運営の方法を獲得してもらうことを履修者に期待します。

The Student Built Campus (SBC) project began in Spring 2015 as part of Keio University’s new campus-planning project 'Mirai Sozo Juku (Institute for Designing the Future)' aiming to develop a new residential education and research environment created by the students, faculty members, administrative staff and alumni of SFC. The goal of SBC is to realize a future model of the university campus in a world where various resources, such as knowledge, technology, and people, are integrated. This new network will redefine notions of 'study' and 'education' in the 21st Century. In this semester students will make groups and study on the themes set by the graduates of SFC who are invited to work with in order to experience residential education and research for real. Students are expected to understand what are SBC and Mirai Sozo Juku pursue, and acquire idea and method of learning and managing new education and projects which can be available by residential education and research happening at the SBC.

本授業は、滞在型教育・滞在型研究を実現するためのキャンパス計画「未来創造塾」とそのなかから2015年より始動したSBC(Student Build Campus)というプロジェクトの理解を通して、21世紀に求められる「教育」や「学習」のあり方について議論し考察します。また、プロジェクトを組み立てていく経験を通して、滞在型教育・滞在型研究に必要なコラボレーションや学習の方法を獲得することを目的とします。

この授業では「マイゼミ」という授業形式を取り入れます。「マイゼミ」は、卒業生が日常の仕事のなかでは追求しにくい興味のある領域やテーマを授業に持ち込み、SFC生と共に探求する学びの仕組みです。学生にとっては大学の授業や企業でのインターンとも違う、卒業生とのコラボレーションの機会となることを目的としています。

なお本学期は遠隔による授業が主体となる形式で行われる見込みです。遠隔授業では各自自宅にいながら卒業生とのプロジェクトを通して社会との新しい関係を作ることを目指します。登校が許されれば中間発表や最終発表の機会は大学にて行うことも検討します。

授業は、初回10月2日（金）5限1コマのイントロダクションに続きその後は2週に1日5,6限の2コマ連続の形態で行われ、講義・プレゼン＋ディスカッションという構成をとります。

In the class students are expected to discuss on 'education' and 'learning' for the 21st Century understating the Mirai Sozo Juku which is for establishing residential education and research and its project, SBC, which started since 2015. Students will commit to the actual projects and study on methods of collaboration and learning which is needed for residential education.

My-semi is an academic challenge to bring interesting but difficult theme and/or study area into this class and pursue them with current SFC students, which cannot be pursued in their daily work. Students who take this class can have an opportunity to collaborate with graduates which can be different from regular internship program conducted by companies.

In this semester, it is expected that the classes will be conducted mainly by distance learning, but if we are allowed to attend the campus, we will have mid-term and/or final presentation at the campus. In distance learning, we aim to create new relationships with society through projects with graduates while staying at home.

The lesson will be conducted on the first day of October 2nd (Friday) with an introduction in the 5th period, followed by 2 consecutive classes, 5 and 6 periods, every 2 weeks, consisting of lectures, presentations and discussions.

提出課題・試験・成績評価の方法など

3回以上欠席すると単位はとれません。また、10分以上の遅刻は0.5回の欠席としてカウントします。評価は個人レポート2回およびグループワークの最終成果物で評価します。

Students will lose a chance to get credit if he/she is absent 3 times in the semester. Longer than 10 minutes behind the beginning of the class will be counted as 0.5 times of absence. Evaluation is judged based on 2 independent reports and final presentation of the group.

履修上の注意

卒業生との協働を行なう制約から人数に制限をかけますが、選考に当たっては可能な限り広範な分野にわたる低学年の学生を優先的に選考します。

Because classes are organized as workshops, a limited number of students will be accepted. Students will be chosen from various disciplines with preference given to younger candidates.
