研究会概要
目的・内容
情報通信技術の発展と利用で急速な経済成長を実現してきた世界経済は、変換点を迎えています。
本研究会では、２０５０年に持続可能な形でより良い生活とより良い文化が実現することを目指し、長期的でグローバルな視野により、今後の望ましいデジタル技術政策について検討します。
主に、次のように順をおって議論を進めていきます。
○デジタル技術の発展、気候変動、人口動態、国際関係など長期的なトレンドについて知識・検討を深めること
○人間中心の視点から、国家や政策が追い求めるべき長期的な目標を考えること
○人間や組織が新たな技術を開発し採用していく動機や過程について検討を深めること
○デジタル技術により解決を図りたい課題を発見すること
○そのデジタル技術の展開のため必要な政策をその実施方法や乗り越えるべきハードルとともに検討すること
他者を尊重しながら熱意ある議論を行うことを期待します。
The world economy is making its turning point, after having enjoyed rapid economic growth by developing and taking advantage of information and communications technologies.
This seminar will discuss what desirable digital technology policy should be for realizing more sustainable and better life and culture in 2050, from long-term and global perspectives.
Planned order of major discussion items are as follows.
- To discuss and learn long-term trends related to digital technology development, climate change, population dynamics, international relationships, and so on.
- To consider long-term targets that nation or policy should pursue from the human centered perspectives.
- To consider and discuss incentives and processes of developments and adoptions of new technologies.
- To discover specific social issue to be tackled by using certain digital technology.
- To consider and discuss the policies necessary for diffusion of that technology, with focusing on methods and challenges in the course of implementation of the technology.
Enthusiastic discussion with respecting others are expected for the participants.
評価方法
研究会における発表や発言の内容・回数などの寄与の状況により評価します。また、独創性、論理性、寛大性が発揮された場合はこれも考慮します。
Valuation will be based upon each participant's situation of contributions to the seminar, such as number and contents of presentations and remarks.Creativity, rationality and generosity are also taken into consideration.
