設計の基礎的なスキルである、作図・模型作成・プレゼンテーションシートの作成 Basic drawing skills, such as drawing, model creation, and presentation sheet creation 学部のアドバンストなデザインスタジオの設定であるため、このスタジオ以前にデジタルデザイン基礎、デザインスタジオ基礎、あるいはデザインスタジオ（住まいと環境）を履修していることが前提となる。 毎週の授業は、学生によるプレゼンテーションと教員によるエスキースが中心で、授業時間以外に十分に時間をかけて図面や模型を制作する。 As this is an advanced space design studio for undergrad students, students are required to have the following prerequisite studios before taking this studio. “Digital Design Basics” or “Design Studio Basics” or "Design Studio (housing and environment)" Student presentation and critiques will be made during class. Students are expected to work in between classes and spare time to make drawings and models. |

科目概要
日本橋における高速道路の地下化に伴うパブリックスペースのデザイン
対象敷地は、東京都中央区日本橋川およびその周辺とする。
日本橋川の周辺では今後６地区以上で再開発が計画されており、ビジネスに特化した新たな超高層建築が多数建設される予定であり、それに伴い首都高速道路が地下化される計画が進んでいる。
首都高が地下化され日本橋川が開かれることに伴い、地区で働くビジネスパーソン或いは地域住民のための公共的な空間の充実を図ることが求められており、ウォーターフロントにおけるパブリックスペースの在り方の検討が急がれる。そこで本スタジオでは、現在の首都高の今後の活用を含め、川沿いを対象にパブリックに供することを目的としたランドスケープおよび建築の設計を行うものとする。
河川およびその河岸空間の在り方、また不要となる高速道路の構築物、および周辺の再開発計画との連携を視野に入れたパブリックスペースとはどのようなネットワーク、境界性、プログラム、そして形態でできるのか、オンラインによるフィールドワークに基づいた調査や、ランドスケープ、建築デザインの提案を行うことで検討していく。
Design of public space due to undergrounding of expressway in Nihonbashi
The target site will be the Nihonbashi River in and around in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
Redevelopment projects are planned in more than 6 districts around the Nihonbashi River, and many new super high-rise buildings specialized for business are planned to be constructed, and along with this, a plan for undergrounding the Metropolitan Expressway is progressing.
As the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway is underground and the Nihonbashi River is opened, it is required to enhance the public space for business people working in the district or local residents. Consideration of the public space on the waterfront Is in a hurry. Therefore, in this studio, the landscape and architectural forms will be designed for the purpose of public offering along the river, including future utilization of the current Shuto Expressway.
What kind of network, boundary, program, and form can a public space take into account how the river and its riverside space should be, the construction of unnecessary highways, and cooperation with the surrounding redevelopment plan? , We will conduct an online fieldwork-based survey and propose landscape and architectural designs.

日本橋における高速道路の地下化に伴うパブリックスペースのデザイン
対象敷地は、東京都中央区日本橋川およびその周辺とする。
日本橋川の周辺では今後６地区以上で再開発が計画されており、ビジネスに特化した新たな超高層建築が多数建設される予定であり、それに伴い首都高速道路が地下化される計画が進んでいる。
首都高が地下化され日本橋川が開かれることに伴い、地区で働くビジネスパーソン或いは地域住民のための公共的な空間の充実を図ることが求められており、ウォーターフロントにおけるパブリックスペースの在り方の検討が急がれる。そこで本スタジオでは、現在の首都高の今後の活用を含め、川沿いを対象にパブリックに供することを目的としたランドスケープおよび建築の設計を行うものとする。
河川およびその河岸空間の在り方、また不要となる高速道路の構築物、および周辺の再開発計画との連携を視野に入れたパブリックスペースとはどのようなネットワーク、境界性、プログラム、そして形態でできるのか、オンラインによるフィールドワークに基づいた調査や、ランドスケープ、建築デザインの提案を行うことで検討していく。
以下の２つのフェーズからスタジオを構成する
1．場所性の分析：地域の歴史を紐解き、地域間の関係性分析、地形分析、設置施設分析から問題の抽出および解決方法の検討を行う（３週間、グループワーク）
2．ランドスケープデザイン：地形、動線（ルート）、植生、水環境、景観、地域コミュニティ
および建築デザイン：適切な建築プログラムの設定、全体構想を見据えた配置計画、環境の考慮、（９週間、個人ワーク）
これらを１２週間で遂行するため、エスキス、ピンナップ、中間発表、最終発表の機会を設ける。

Configure a studio from the following two phases
1. Analysis of location: Unravel the history of the region, analyze the relationship between regions, analyze the terrain, analyze the installation facility, and examine the solution method (3 weeks, group work)
2. Landscape design: topography, flow line (route), vegetation, water environment, landscape, local community
And architectural design: setting an appropriate architectural program, planning for the whole concept, environmental consideration, (9 weeks, individual work)
In order to carry out these in 12 weeks, there will be opportunities for esquishes, pinups, interim presentations, and final presentations.

提出課題・試験・成績評価の方法など
毎回図面と模型等を用いたプレゼンテーション（ピンナップ）やエスキスを行い、途中全員で進捗を確認する中間発表を行う。
最終回には最終発表を行い、各人のデザインに対する外部評価者を含めた議論を展開する。
In every class students will make a presentation with drawings and models. The mid-term and the final review will be held.
Students' works are evaluated by the results of the presentations by instructors including external reviewers.
履修上の注意
学部後半のデザインスタジオの設定であるため、このスタジオ以前にデジタルデザイン基礎、デザインスタジオ基礎、あるいはデザインスタジオ（住まいと環境）を履修していることが前提。 毎週の授業は、学生によるプレゼンテーションと教員によるエスキースが中心で、授業時間以外に十分に時間をかけて図面や模型を制作する。
