科目概要

この授業は、建築・都市空間を建設するためのマネジメントの実態を学習して、将来の建築都市環境を提案する基礎的能力を養成することを目的とするものであり、東京都心における実際の建設プロジェクトについて進行中の工事現場を訪問し、最前線で活動されている開発・建設の専門家と直接意見交換を行う機会を設けて現実的な施工と開発の業務に関する視野を養う。建築生産の技術、事業を推進する組織、ビジネスを成立させる経済的および法的な枠組みなど多様な視点がここに関わり、これに関連する施工管理業務の内容、都市計画法制度、市街地再開発事業の実態、などを現実に進行中の大規模開発について学習することで、建設業が担う都市開発と建築生産に関する明確なビジョンを描くことが目標となる。具体的には、それぞれの建設作業所を訪問し、プロジェクトにかかわる企画、設計、施工などの専門家との質疑応答により現実的な論点に基づいて学習する。

The course is aiming to cultivate fundermental skill and knowredge to work on urban development business through field survey of planning, design and construction of practical urban development project. By visiting construction job site of typical and large project in practice at the central Tokyo and hearing from porofessionals, it is expected to understand reality of construction management business from planning to building construction. Many aspects on construction technology, working organization, economic mechanism and legal system are related to this topic. An ability to have a clear vision for social enrollment for construction manegement in urban development and building industry is an object of this course.

履修上の注意

学部生が履修する場合には３つ以上の前提科目が履修済みである事が必要
新型コロナの影響で現場視察が難しい場合には、現場からのビデオとオンラインインタビューで対応する予定です。

If it is difficult to visit job site by Covid-19 circomestance, vertual visiting video and online interview will be provided.
