研究会概要
目的・内容
ネットワーク関連の法律問題は、既存の法体系では捉えることのできない新たな問題が様々な形で発生しています。 そこで、どのような問題がネットワーク上で発生し、どのような対応が求められているかについて、ケーススタディーをもとに法的な側面を中心に研究します。
秋学期の研究会では、各自の研究テーマに基づいて、個別発表を中心にネットワークの法律問題について研究と議論を行っています。
Network related legal problems have various forms of new issues which can not be solved by existing legal systems. This seminar studies what kind of problem occurs on the network and what kind of research is required mainly from the legal aspect based on the case study.The spring semester, the seminar conducts research and discussion on the legal issues of the network, focusing on individual presentation assignment, based on each student's research topics.
